Easy Crab Stuffed Salmon
Easy Crab-Stuffed Salmon with Cajun Glory Salt-Free Seasoning
Ingredients
For the Salmon
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
Cajun Glory Salt-Free Seasoning, to taste
For the Crab Filling
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 ounces lump crab meat
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1–2 teaspoons Cajun Glory Salt-Free Seasoning
Salt, to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, crab meat, chopped garlic, Cajun Glory Salt-Free Seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Stir until everything is well mixed.
Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a slit into the side of each salmon fillet to create a pocket. Be careful not to cut all the way through.
Spoon the crab mixture into each salmon pocket, filling it generously.
Season the outside of each salmon fillet with Cajun Glory Salt-Free Seasoning.
Add the olive oil and butter to a baking dish. Place the stuffed salmon in the dish, allowing the butter to melt around the fish as it bakes.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
Serve immediately with your favorite vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
Chef's Tip
