I’m Chef Angel, a certified private chef, recipe developer, and author of three published cookbooks. I specialize in creating flavorful, salt-free seasonings and crafting intimate culinary experiences that bring people closer—because food should nourish more than just the body.

My Culinary Philosophy

At the heart of everything I create—whether it’s a custom dinner experience or a handcrafted spice blend—is the belief that food is a love language. My work is rooted in simplicity, intention, and quality. I don’t just cook—I help others cultivate moments of connection around the table.

The Seasoning Line

I created my salt-free and dessert seasoning blends out of a desire to offer bold flavor without compromise. Each blend is handcrafted in small batches, using clean, pronounceable ingredients that elevate everyday cooking without relying on sodium or additives. From my award-winning chili blend to sweet favorites like Gingerbread Man Spice, every bottle is made with intention.
